Regularly review expiring policies to offer updates or adjustments that account for changes in the client's circumstances. Requirements Valid Texas Property & Casualty insurance license. Proven track record of managing an independent book of business or successful sales experience. Deep familiarity with the local Weatherford insurance market and community dynamics. Strong comfort level with quoting software and industry-standard agency management systems. Demonstrated ability to maintain high retention rates through consistent client communication.
