About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management & Reliability to serve as the executive leader responsible for the development and execution of the enterprise asset management strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with maximizing safety, operational reliability, lifecycle value, and return on capital investment across all equipment and maintenance operations. This strategic role involves providing leadership for maintenance operations, reliability engineering, technical services, asset lifecycle planning, capital equipment strategy, maintenance technologies, workforce development, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Vice President will also be a key partner with various internal departments to ensure equipment availability, optimize total cost of ownership, modernize maintenance practices, and support the long-term growth strategy of the company. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for a mechanical or electrical engineering degree, and a Master’s degree is also preferred. Professional certifications such as CMRP, CRL, or PE are a plus. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in maintenance, asset management, reliability, engineering, or industrial operations, with at least 8 years in a leadership role. Experience in managing operating and capital budgets, as well as leading large, cross-functional teams, is essential. The role requires a candidate with exceptional business acumen, experience in enterprise asset management, reliability-centered maintenance, predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience in leading initiatives related to automation, electrification, sustainability, and digital transformation is strongly preferred.
