Job Overview:
The UAT Analyst III will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of applications and systems by conducting thorough user acceptance testing (UAT). The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues, validate solutions, and ensure that deliverables meet business requirements and user expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
• Provide regular updates on testing progress, issues, and risks to project teams and management.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
• Validate that system functionality meets user needs and business objectives before deployment.
• Participate in post-implementation reviews to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) or quality assurance roles.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
