Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative and experienced NICU team across multiple locations. The system includes a Level-IIIB NICU and a Level-IIIA NICU, as well as well-baby coverage. The regional perinatal referral center has more than 460 admissions annually and offers comprehensive neonatal care with advanced ventilator support. We have one of the few hospitals in the area to offer a Family Support program that provides education and critical information for families. The program includes family-centered care training for staff and resources to improve the patient and family experience. Large individual suites for multiples and their parents are available. Active involvement in practice quality improvement initiatives, unit function, and education is encouraged. A comprehensive new grad program is designed to help with the transition from student NNP to novice NNP. This includes a tailored approach to specific needs, professional development classes, and opportunities for one-on-one mentorship. A generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available. Tuition assistance reimbursement is available for graduates who have been out less than one year. Candidates must be board certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
