Responsibilities Manage the complete payroll process, from data processing to payment dissemination, to ensure accuracy and timeliness Develop and implement effective payroll procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize errors Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards Analyze and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management regarding payroll inquiries and concerns Maintain detailed records and reports for payroll purposes, ensuring accurate tracking of hours worked, wages, and benefits Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and developments in payroll administration, making recommendations for process improvements as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field At least 3 years experience as a payrol director Strong understanding of payroll regulations, laws, and best practices Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency in payroll software and systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
