Day in the LifeIn Los Angeles, CA, you begin by scanning real-time dashboards—throughput, on-time delivery, and cost per unit—spotting a trend that needs attention. By mid-morning, you’re huddled with team leads to recalibrate workflows and resource allocations. After lunch, you partner with finance to align budgets with production forecasts, then step into a cross-functional sync to ensure operations are in lockstep with company objectives. You close the day preparing a concise update for senior leadership, highlighting wins, issues, and data-backed next steps.What You’ll OwnDesign and drive operational strategies that lift productivity and efficiency across the facility.Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team, nurturing a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Track KPIs and fine-tune processes to consistently hit organizational targets.Oversee budgets and allocate resources to optimize cost and capacity.Uphold compliance with applicable industry regulations and internal policies.Partner with peer departments so operations directly support broader business goals.Spot bottlenecks and implement best-practice process improvements.Build and deliver clear, actionable operational reports to senior management.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.5+ years of operations management experience, ideally within a comparable environment.Demonstrated success leading teams and executing complex, cross-functional projects.Strong analytical mindset with a record of data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder alignment.Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with shifting priorities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and operations management software.Additional ProficienciesLean Manufacturing principles.ITAR registration experience.LocationLos Angeles, CA #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
