The Opportunity

AI is changing how software gets built. Developers and AI agents are producing more code than ever, and enterprises need to know what's being built, whether it's tested, secure, and compliant, and what's going into production. This company's next-generation platform provides governance and orchestration across the software delivery lifecycle and works with the tools enterprises already use. You won't be competing only on traditional CI/CD features. You'll be selling into a fast-emerging business problem.

What You'll Do

• Hunt net-new enterprise logos across the Western U.S.
• Build pipeline through self-prospecting and BDR partnership
• Engage CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, VPs of Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, and Security leaders
• Run deep discovery and turn technical pain into business cases around productivity, governance, security, and ROI
• Multi-thread across champions, technical evaluators, executive buyers, procurement, and security
• Manage 3 to 6-month enterprise sales cycles with disciplined MEDDPICC qualification and forecasting

What You Bring

• 5+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, with 2+ years closing net-new enterprise business
• Consistent quota attainment, ideally with multiple years of overachievement
• Experience selling complex, technical SaaS to engineering, IT, security, or infrastructure buyers
• Proven ability to self-generate pipeline
• MEDDIC / MEDDPICC experience strongly preferred
• Background in DevOps, DevSecOps, developer tools, cloud, infrastructure, observability, cybersecurity, or AI infrastructure is highly preferred. Strong enterprise sellers from adjacent technical markets are welcome.
• Stable career progression and a hungry, coachable, competitive mindset
