[Responsibilities]

- Travel to client sites throughout the metro area to diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and PC peripherals
- Execute hardware replacement tasks including hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards
- Perform whole unit swaps and ensure all equipment functions meet company standards
- Maintain accurate, real-time service ticket updates in the Call Management system via a company-provided phone
- Deliver exceptional customer service on-site, building strong client relationships

[Required Skills and Experience]

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on laptop and desktop break-fix experience
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications
- Reliable personal vehicle and current car insurance required
- Ability to resolve basic technical issues independently

- Computer-building experience
- 2-5 years in break-fix or similar technical roles
