Field Service Engineer

Salary: $66,560 - 79,040 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 4 years of experience as a Field Engineer or Field Technician supporting hardware and software installation and deployment.
• We are looking for someone who has led teams or third-party contractors during technical installations.
• Strong practical experience in civil works, networking, electrical wiring, and mechanical assembly is required.
• You should have working knowledge of Linux-based systems and core networking concepts.
• We need proven ability to create installation, service, and maintenance procedures.
• Experience using AutoCAD or Autodesk to produce and review site layouts is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, including the ability to direct conversations and provide clear guidance.
• You should bring a customer-first mindset, along with resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations.
• A strong commitment to safety and compliance is required.
• You must be willing to travel up to 90% across the US.
• A valid drivers license is required.
• Experience in a startup environment is preferred.
• A certified electrician diploma is preferred.
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Experience with CAD software is preferred.
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Additional scripting or troubleshooting knowledge is preferred.

• We will rely on you to lead new system installations on site, guiding contractors and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues in real time and resolve challenges under pressure.
• You will carry out routine and emergency maintenance at client locations.
• You will help ensure full compliance with safety procedures and proactively identify risks.
• You will review site layouts in AutoCAD to confirm feasibility and accuracy.
• You will prepare clear technical documentation, including installation and service reports.
• You will represent us in the field, delivering strong customer service and managing client expectations professionally and confidently.
