Field Service Engineer

Salary: $66,500 - 109,250 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a bachelors degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• We require 5+ years of field service or technical support experience, ideally supporting complex equipment or systems.
• We expect proven ability to independently diagnose and resolve advanced hardware and software issues.

• We provide technical expertise in the installation, upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of sophisticated equipment and systems.
• We communicate promptly and professionally with customers and internal partners, adapting our approach to each audience.
• We manage customer appointments from scheduling through completion and prepare detailed service and technical documentation.
• We independently investigate and resolve complex hardware and software problems with minimal support.
• We anticipate parts needs to improve first-time fix performance.
• We identify technical and operational gaps and recommend practical improvements.
• We act as a trusted technical resource for Field Service Engineers and Associates.
• We collaborate with R&D, Product Support, and Engineering on projects and new product development.
• We lead customer escalations, propose solutions, and drive issues to resolution.
• We execute service work accurately and in line with company standards and customer expectations.
• We maintain precise service records, reports, and documentation.
• We contribute ideas to improve service delivery, processes, and problem-solving.
