We're Looking for a Kitchen Rockstar (Line Cook)
If your happy place is behind the line, the sound of tickets gets your adrenaline pumping, and you believe every plate should leave the kitchen looking like it's headed to Instagram—we want to meet you.
We're searching for a Line Cook who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in consistency, and enjoys being part of a team that works hard, laughs often, and serves incredible food.
What You'll Be Doing
- Fire up the grill, sauté station, fryer, or whichever station you're owning.
- Prepare and plate menu items with speed, precision, and consistency.
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready for battle.
- Work alongside an awesome kitchen crew that has each other's backs.
- Follow recipes while adding your passion for great food.
- Help maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
What We're Looking For
- Experience on the line is preferred, but a strong work ethic is even more important.
- Ability to stay cool when the dinner rush hits.
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to hustle.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
