The Trade Desk is seeking an experiencedSenior Manager, Workplace Servicesto lead workplace operations and team performance within one of our major office environments. This roleis responsible fordelivering abestinclassworkplace experience that supports employee productivity, collaboration, culture, and business growth.

This leader balancesstrategic thinking with operational excellence, oversees complexdaytodayoperations, and develops scalable workplace programs as officesgrow in sizeand complexity. The Senior Manager acts as a cultural ambassador, brings ahospitalityforwardmindset, and partners closely with Regional Workplace leadership, Real Estate, People teams, IT, and senior business stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Co-Lead and develop ahighperformingWorkplace Services team, including both managers and individual contributors, by setting clear goals, expectations, and operating standards aligned with global Workplace Services strategy.

• Provide coaching, mentorship, ongoing feedback, and career development support to build leadership capability and operational excellence across the team.

• Overseeendtoendworkplace operations for a large,highvolumeoffice, including office services, food and beverage programs, facilities coordination, events support, and vendor management.

• Develop and implement scalable processes, frameworks, and operational plans that ensure consistent,highqualityservice delivery while supporting office growth.

• Manage workplace budgets and operational planning to ensure financial sustainability and alignment with company priorities.

• Act as an escalation point for complex workplace issues, exercising sound judgment to resolve challenges efficiently and effectively.

• Build strong relationships with senior leaders andcrossfunctionalpartners to align workplace strategy with business needs.

• Use workplace data, employee feedback, and operational insights to evaluate programs,identifyimprovement opportunities, and inform workplace strategy.

• Partner with Real Estate,Facilities,IT, HR, and vendors to ensure workplace systems, technologies, and services support productivity, safety, anda positiveemployee experience.

• Lead workplace communications andhelpshapehow the workplace evolves to support collaboration and culture.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and partner with building management and HR tomaintaina safe, secure, and welcoming workplace.

In accordance with various US state laws, the range provided is the Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location.All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as variable compensation-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year. At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $77,600—$142,200 USD
