About The Role As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to design and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions. Using our innovative technology and proven sales process, you'll guide customers through product selections, financing options, and project planning while helping them transform their homes. This is a no cold-calling opportunity. All appointments are generated through our marketing efforts, home shows, and events, allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing sales. Key Responsibilities Conduct professional in-home bathroom consultations with homeowners Measure spaces and assess customer needs Present Bath Concepts products, design options, and financing solutions Use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to create customized bathroom designs Deliver compelling presentations and close sales during the initial appointment Attend weekly sales training sessions to continue developing your skills Maintain excellent customer relationships throughout the sales process Qualifications Minimum 1 year of in-home sales, home improvement sales, or commission-based sales experience Background in bath remodeling, kitchens, windows, roofing, solar, or related industries preferred Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills Comfortable discussing financing options with homeowners Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented Professional attitude with strong organizational skills Outgoing personality and ability to build rapport quickly Compensation & Benefits 100% Commission-Based Position Earn 20% commission on jobs sold at full margin (100% margin sales) Unlimited earning potential Pre-set, qualified appointments provided No cold calling Paid training and ongoing professional development Flexible schedule Growth opportunities with a rapidly expanding company If you're a driven sales professional who enjoys helping homeowners improve their homes and wants the opportunity to earn a substantial income, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bath Concepts Independent Dealers
