Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized physical therapy sessions, treating 1-2 patients per hour to ensure focused and uninterrupted care.
• Utilize evidence-based assessment techniques to evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities to facilitate healing and rehabilitation.
• Regularly assess and document patient progress using WebPT, updating treatment plans and modifying goals as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures, as well as preventative measures and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as a Physical Therapist at our clinic will involve working primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic issues, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal pain. Patients may range from young athletes to older adults, each requiring a tailored approach based on their unique circumstances. Your contributions will directly enhance their mobility and functional independence, making a lasting impact on their lives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; advanced degrees such as a Master's or Doctorate are preferred.
• Current and valid physical therapy license in California, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong analytical and clinical reasoning skills with a dedication to patient-centered care.
• Proficiency in using WebPT or similar documentation systems for patient records.
• A proactive and compassionate approach to rehabilitation, fostering a motivating environment for patients.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, demonstrating a solid foundation of practical skills and clinical knowledge. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and an enthusiasm for continuing education will set you apart as a candidate.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 , commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
