Lead Business Analyst LCNC / n8n Workflow Automation
Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite 5 Days/Week) Experience: 10+ Years Employment Type: Contract Rate: DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and automation opportunities
- Conduct workshops for requirement gathering, discovery, and design thinking
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Act as SPOC for requirement clarifications throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Ensure alignment between business goals, automation outcomes, and regulatory requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 810+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong domain experience in Banking / Financial Services
- Hands-on experience with LCNC workflow automation platforms (preferably n8n)
- Experience in enterprise automation or digital transformation programs
- Strong understanding of system integrations and API-driven architectures
