HR Technology Lead - (DO NOT APPLY)

What you will do The HR Technology Lead is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems and applications for the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE). The HR Technology Lead ensures that these systems and applications support the strategic goals and objectives of the organization and comply with relevant laws and regulations. How you will do it Execute the HR technology strategy and roadmap, aligning it with the organizational vision and priorities. Establish and enforce HR technology policies, standards, and best practices, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Lead and supervise the HR technology team, providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation. Collaborate and communicate with other HR functions and stakeholders, providing technical expertise and support on HR systems and applications. Monitor and evaluate HR technology trends and innovations, identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancement. Assist with tasks such as: Gathering and documenting business requirements Leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs Prototype demonstration, functional configuration, testing, and client user training related to Workday and/or ServiceNow Reviewing deliverables for accuracy and quality Anticipating business needs and formulating solutions to address those needs What we look for Degree in business or management information systems or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Overall 4+ years of experience and minimum of four years in HR technology. Experience managing a team. Workday and ServiceNow configuration experience highly desired. Strong knowledge of HR systems and applications (payroll, benefits, talent management, learning management, etc.). Proficient in project management, business analysis, and change management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to solve complex problems and deliver results. Demonstrated competence in presenting concepts clearly and accurately in written and verbal communication skills. Ability to positively represent Johnson Controls and communicate with others at varying managerial and technical levels.
