LumaDent is looking for a motivated, outgoing Dental Sales Representative to join our growing team in the San Diego market. This is a 1099 independent contractor position for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, working independently, and helping dental professionals discover innovative ergonomic solutions.

What You'll Do\n

• Build and maintain relationships with dentists, hygienists, specialists, and dental practices.
\n
• Develop new business and grow existing accounts throughout the San Diego territory.
\n
• Conduct product demonstrations and consultations.
\n
• Educate dental professionals on LumaDent loupes, headlights, and ergonomic products.
\n
• Follow up with leads and customers throughout the sales process.
\n
• Visit dental offices and attend dental events as needed.
\n
• Maintain customer information, sales activity, and follow-ups in our CRM.
\n
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
\n
• Represent the LumaDent brand professionally.
\n

What We're Looking For\n

• Previous dental sales, medical sales, B2B sales, or dental industry experience preferred.
\n
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Confident presenting products and speaking with dental professionals.
\n
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
\n
• Strong sales, follow-up, and closing skills.
\n
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
\n
• Ability to travel throughout the San Diego area.
\n
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
\n

Compensation\n

1099 Independent Contractor | Base + Commission

\n

• First 2 Months: Guaranteed base compensation plus commission.
\n
• After 2 Months: Transition to commission-only compensation with uncapped earning potential based on sales performance.
\n

\n

As a 1099 independent contractor, you will be responsible for your own applicable taxes, insurance, and business expenses.
