Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.09 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, shoppers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report conditions to site leadership according to established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter zones, noting unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns. Monitor access points and assist with identifying unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior to help support a professional environment. Document routine activities, incidents, and observations in written reports, and communicate relevant updates with Allied Universal management and/or designated site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
