Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work, providing the flexibility to balance professional and personal commitments while working efficiently from your home office. Our standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient demands. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs and formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect best practices in therapeutic interventions.

• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, in both individual and group settings.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups designed to foster community engagement and provide resources for common mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop cohesive treatment strategies that support patient recovery.

• Respond to mental health crises by offering immediate support and intervention, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in distress.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions and treatment options, guiding them through the resources and community services available to them.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system effectively for documentation.

• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities, staying informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of patients, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and experiences. Our goal is to tailor interventions that respect each patient's unique narrative and cultural context while addressing their mental health concerns comprehensively.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Texas.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidenced-based treatment methods.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and crafting treatment plans that yield effective therapeutic outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
