Fueled by a team of exceptional collaborators and innovators, Filevine's rapid growth has earned AI awards and recognition from Deloitte and Inc. as one of the most innovative and fastest-growing technology companies in the country.Role Summary:Our Quality Engineering team is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer (5+ years experience) responsible for analyzing requirements, planning and executing manual testing, troubleshooting bugs, and collaborating with QA engineers to expand automated test coverage.Responsibilities:Understand user stories/requirements and create test cases and test scenariosCreate structured test plans & approachesDig into technical problems and write clear, detailed, and repeatable defect reportsReproduce bugs reported by support teamVerify and close bug ticketsPrioritize test cases and plan test execution effectivelyConduct exploratory testing to evaluate robustness and functionality of products.Work with QA engineers to increase automation coverage of features based on business priorities and risksDemonstrate attention to detail and organization in all aspects of workKnowledge and Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skill, preferably using modern testing methodologiesMeticulous approach to testing and troubleshootingKnowledge of bug tracking software preferredKnowledge of Test Management Tools such as Azure Test Plans, Test Rail, or other similar productsQualifications:Associates or Bachelor's Degree5+ years of Quality Assurance experienceStrong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologiesCompensation Information: $120,000 - $140,000The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individual's location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance.
