Job Summary

We’re seeking an ambitious, customer-focused sales professional who is interested in developing the skills and experience needed to pursue future agency leadership or ownership opportunities. As a member of our sales team, you’ll help individuals, families, and businesses explore insurance options, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to agency growth.

This role offers hands-on experience in insurance sales, customer service, and agency operations. Advancement or agency opportunities are not guaranteed and are subject to business needs, performance, qualifications, licensing, and applicable company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and goals.
• Explain insurance products and coverage options clearly, and recommend suitable solutions within licensing and agency guidelines.
• Focus on developing business in areas such as auto, home, life, and health insurance, as applicable to your licenses.
• Generate and follow up on leads through phone, digital, and in-person outreach.
• Prepare quotes, present options, support applications, and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Provide timely, professional service to current customers and help resolve questions or concerns.
• Build strong customer relationships through attentive listening, clear communication, and dependable follow-through.
• Maintain accurate customer records and comply with agency procedures, licensing rules, and applicable regulations.
• Work toward individual and team sales, service, and quality goals.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development focused on sales, customer service, and agency operations.
• Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a collaborative approach while contributing to a positive team culture.

• Interest in entrepreneurship, business development, and future agency leadership.
• Sales, customer service, or insurance experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state insurance licenses. Licensing support may be available.
