The Gary Mercer Team is entering an exciting new chapter of expansion, and we’re looking for a Director of Sales who is ready to help lead that growth.
This is not a traditional sales management role. It’s an opportunity to become a key leader within one of the region’s most ambitious real estate organizations—someone who can attract top talent, inspire agents to perform at their highest level, and build the systems that fuel long-term success .
We’re looking for a leader who combines high standards with high support . Someone who can recruit elite agents, coach developing talent, create accountability, and foster a culture where people genuinely want to stay, grow, and win together.

Compensation:
Base Salary: $100,000 - 125,000
On-target earnings: $150,000 - $200,000
Bonus potential

Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's growth objectives and market opportunities.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor top-tier sales talent, ensuring a robust pipeline of skilled professionals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement and development.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create and execute effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate ongoing training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team, promoting a culture of learning and growth.
- Experience in recruiting and developing top-tier real estate agents.
- Ability to build and maintain a robust recruiting pipeline through strategic networking and outreach.
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring agents to achieve their production goals.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey the value of joining our team.
- Demonstrated ability to create a supportive and challenging environment for agent growth.
- Experience in conducting sales meetings, training sessions, and productivity workshops.
- Ability to develop and implement repeatable processes for lead management and conversion tracking.
