Senior Sales Recruiter

Field Service Engineer position supporting installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical devices at hospitals and plasma centers across Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, and surrounding regions. Role involves direct customer interaction, preventive maintenance, and collaboration with sales and application teams.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair medical devices at customer facilities including hospitals and plasma donation centers
- Conduct rapid troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime across assigned territory
- Perform preventive maintenance on Haemonetics equipment and systems
- Build and maintain customer relationships while identifying sales opportunities for the sales team
- Represent the company professionally and ensure customer satisfaction through collaboration with sales and application teams
Requirements
- State-certified technician in medical technology or equivalent field experience
- Background in medical technology, electronics, or field service roles
- High willingness to travel within specified German states and Switzerland
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient with PC and office applications
- Independent, flexible work approach with strong self-motivation and teamwork ability
Compensation: €48,400-€72,600 annual base salary
