Controller Los Angeles, CA | Direct Hire | Accounting Management | $175K to $200K | 06/24/2026 Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Controller to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $175,000 to $200,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Establish and manage core accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, and cash activity. Lead the development of month-end close processes and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Build and oversee inventory and cost tracking systems to support operational and financial analysis. Partner with operations to improve reporting around revenue, margins, and overall business performance. Implement scalable processes, systems, and controls to support growth and operational efficiency. Requirements 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and revenue recognition. Previous experience in inventory or product-based environments such as manufacturing or consumer goods. Proven ability to build and improve accounting processes and systems. Prior experience working with or supporting system implementations and data integration efforts. Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect financial data to operational performance. Proactive and hands‑on work style with the ability to build structure in a growing environment. Ability to manage complexity, including multiple entities and evolving business operations.
