What You’ll Do: • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders • Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration • Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time • Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief • Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly • Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) • Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates • Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes • Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards

You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.

What We’re Looking For: • Active LPN license in good standing • CPR and First Aid certification • Strong assessment and documentation skills • Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred

Pay Range:

30.30 - 40.45

The bill requires the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), in consultation with all specified agencies, to develop and maintain a user-friendly, public-facing webpage to serve as a centralized hub for education and awareness of the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse and state background screening processes and standards. The webpage must maintain up to date information and explain the background screening process through the clearinghouse, Level 2 screening requirements, fingerprinting procedures, and include a searchable job catalog, disqualifying offenses, exemption steps, and a downloadable checklist with timelines and details of the process.

Additionally, the bill requires all specified agencies to prominently link to this resource from their websites and require the inclusion of the link in all job postings by qualified entities
