Casino Director of Finance Benefits and Compensation
- Base Salary: $110,000 $130,000, commensurate with experience
- Bonus: Up to 20% annual performance-based incentive

Casino Director of Finance Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in casino or resort accounting, including 5+ years in leadership
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP , internal controls, and gaming compliance standards
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required state and gaming certifications
Casino Director of Finance Must Haves
- Lead all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, audits, and reporting
- Oversee accounting, credit, cage operations, and count room departments
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal control policies
- Manage, train, and evaluate Finance department staff to maintain excellence
Casino Director of Finance Preferred Background & Skills
- Proven success in casino or resort-based financial management roles
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset with process improvement experience
- Skilled communicator who collaborates effectively with executive leadership and regulators
- Proficiency with gaming financial systems, audits, and reporting tools
