Develop and maintain strong relationships with county and state agencies responsible for permitting, planning, inspections, and approvals. Coordinate with sister companies and utility providers regarding infrastructure, potable water, wastewater, and related operational projects. Maintain positive relationships with homeowners, homeowner associations, and neighboring stakeholders. Oversee maintenance, compliance, and stewardship of resort land and building assets as assigned.
