What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a paraprofessional, PCA, or in student support within a school setting
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students’ lives
• Ability to work 1:1 with students, providing dedicated assistance according to their individual needs
• Flexibility to accept per diem assignments as they become available
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students and staff
• Adaptability in a variety of classroom environments

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Delivering individualized support and personal care to assigned student(s) throughout the school day
• Assisting with academic activities, behavioral interventions, and mobility or self-care, as needed
• Collaborating with educators and other professionals to reinforce classroom routines and learning objectives
• Maintaining an encouraging, respectful, and safe environment for all students
• Following all school policies, confidentiality protocols, and PCA guidelines
