Lead, Performance Marketing - AI-Driven Paid Social & Video
GOAT Group
GOAT Group is seeking a Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist to own our paid social and video acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You will develop the creative testing roadmap, run campaigns, and optimize for incrementality, with AI workflows driving efficiency. Reporting to the AVP of Growth, you will build dashboards, conduct tests (holdouts, geo splits) and translate performance reads into actionable creative direction while maintaining operational reliability and timely #J-18808-Ljbffr GOAT Group
