Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with clients to facilitate therapeutic interventions, address mental health concerns, and promote family dynamics’ improvement. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals, couples, and families to identify issues and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples and providing individual therapy as needed, focusing on fostering healthy communication and relationships.

• Addressing a variety of mental health issues including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, domestic conflicts, job stress, and adjustment difficulties related to separation and divorce.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide clients through challenging emotional experiences and conflicts.

• Documenting sessions accurately and maintaining client records, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will include diverse clients ranging from adults to children and adolescents, emphasizing the importance of family systems and individual experiences.
