TITLE: Recruiting Coordinator

LOCATION: Onsite 5 days/week at Arlington, VA

CONTRACT LENGHT: Budgeted for 6 months, potential to extend

BUSINESS HOURS: 40hr/week, Mon-Fri, Core Hours (7a-4p)

OTHER: No Holiday/OT, parking is an out of pocket cost to the candidate

COMPENSATION : $20-$23 HOURLY

Role Overview

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join a fast-paced recruiting organization. This role is an integral partner in managing intern program-related activities, including onboarding, early career development, and offboarding. The position is instrumental in shaping engagement programs, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the success of early talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Program Managers to design and scale programs that strengthen company culture and accelerate individual development.
• Support insights for regular business mechanisms, including QBRs and lesson learned documents.
• Manage email-to-case inbox inquiries.
• Support live office hours, workshops, and events.
• Assist with customer communications.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on the status of key objectives.
• Perform other projects or tasks as assigned to support team deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, program management, administration, logistics, HR, or an equivalent field.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Willingness to work across multiple time zones, which may require starting the workday at 7:00 AM local time on a regular basis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience working with data, including advanced Excel skills (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Delimited Formulas).
• Strong collaboration skills and a team-first mindset.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with peers, stakeholders, and candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively and meet deadlines in a changing environment.
• Experience utilizing the Asana program management platform.

Interview Process: 2 interviews total (x1 technical phone screening, x1 video)
