Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Regional Manager – Pharmacy to lead multi-site pharmacy operations in a mission-driven, faith-inspired setting. This role oversees clinical quality, regulatory compliance, team performance, and workflow optimization to ensure safe, affordable medication access for underserved patients. The Regional Manager partners closely with medical, dental, and behavioral health teams to integrate pharmacy into whole-person care, stewards budgets and inventory, and drives continuous quality improvement. Ideal candidates bring strong pharmacy leadership experience, a heart for service, and a passion for health equity in a collaborative, community-focused environment.
