Construction Field Technician

Field Technician Location: Phoenix, AZ Tower Engineering Professionals is seeking a full-time employee for a Field Technician in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities Field Duties (70-80% of work time): Must be able to travel up to a total of 2 weeks. Must have a labor-intensive attitude and be capable of operating heavy machinery and lifting up to 50 lbs. Perform maintenance on telecommunications towers. Must have the physical ability and the willingness to dig, bend, and climb inclines. Provide superior customer service while ensuring all essential job functions are performed in a timely, efficient, accurate, and safe manner. Adhere to all company and industry standard/regulations (OSHA, COMTRAIN, etc.). Office Duties (20-30% of work time): Upload photos of work completed. Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings, specifications, and design requirements related to telecommunications, commercial, residential, and light industrial applications. Conduct due diligence for multiple projects prior to field work. Review peer work product. Qualifications 1 year general construction experience preferred; some cell tower industry experience highly preferred. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Good communication and interpersonal skills; self-starter, team player, and results oriented.
