Facilities Coordinator

Shift: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Manages scheduling and coordination of events related to general operations of assigned facilities. Manage office security protocols and access Order and manage kitchen and office supplies, including vendor relationships and stocking Serve as the IT liaison for office-related issues (e.g., Wi-Fi outages, IT supplies, IT closet) Coordinate local onboarding for new hires, including IT equipment setup and site information Assist employees with navigating benefits enrollment and LMS training Serve as the main point of contact for lab vendors Assist with tracking equipment maintenance and calibration schedules Provide administrative support for cleanroom operations as needed Coordinate participation in safety training programs facilitated through Stryker Corporate What You Will Do Manages scheduling and coordination of events related to general operations of assigned facilities.
