This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to develop valuable sales skills, and is motivated by performance. You'll connect directly with homeowners, introduce them to our services, and help create new opportunities for our sales team.

About the Role

As an Appointment Setter, you'll be an important first step in the customer journey. You'll meet homeowners in person, learn about their needs, introduce our services, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.

You don't need to be an experienced salesperson to succeed. We're looking for people who are confident, coachable, positive, and willing to put in the work .

What You'll Do

• Meet and engage with homeowners through face-to-face conversations.

• Introduce United Family Builders and explain our services clearly.

• Build rapport and create positive first impressions.

• Ask questions to understand customer needs and determine their level of interest.

• Handle questions and objections professionally.

• Qualify interested homeowners and schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.

• Stay organized and consistently work toward daily activity and appointment goals.

• Communicate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.

Earning Potential

This is a performance-driven sales opportunity with the potential for top performers to earn $55,000–$150,000 annually .
