Recruiters speak with candidates every day and hold real‑time context that doesn’t exist on LinkedIn profiles or resumes, but today that signal is fragmented and hard to use at scale. Their first product aggregates insights from hundreds of recruiters and uses AI to instantly match candidates to roles. Every submission, rejection, and hire feeds a self‑improving matchmaking engine, creating a powerful data network across recruiters, candidates, and companies. The company has already found strong market pull, growing 10x in under a year with a very small team. They’ve raised $5M+ from top‑tier investors and are now hiring early engineers who want to own major parts of the product from the ground up. This is a high‑ownership role for someone who wants to build 0→1, work directly with the founder, talk to users, and shape both the product and engineering culture.
