Department Overview
Our organization is currently looking for candidates to fill a tenure-ineligible Assistant Professor role within the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. This position will primarily focus on outpatient electrodiagnostic services.

Charlottesville, VA
Position Description
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in conducting electromyography and nerve conduction studies. Additionally, the selected individual will be expected to provide night and weekend coverage at the UVA Encompass Health JV Rehabilitation Hospital on a rotational basis.

Qualifications
Applicants must hold an MD or DO degree and be board-certified or board-eligible by the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. A strong commitment to a career in academic medicine, along with an interest in integrating clinical practice with resident education and/or research, is essential.
