Structured Communication Systems is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support pipeline generation and outbound business development efforts within their growing Data Center and Infrastructure practice. This individual will work closely with the Territory Account Executive and sales leadership team to generate new customer opportunities across cloud, infrastructure, security, AI, and managed services initiatives. This is a highly outbound-focused role requiring strong cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, appointment setting, and relationship development skills.

Ideal candidates will come from:

• Technology sales environments
• VARs / MSPs / Solution Providers
• SaaS or Infrastructure sales organizations
• Inside sales or outbound prospecting teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate outbound pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and account-based prospecting
• Schedule meetings and support pipeline development for Account Executives
• Identify opportunities across:
• Data Center Modernization
• Cloud Infrastructure
• AI Solutions
• Managed Services
• Security / SASE
• Backup & Data Protection
• Network Transformation
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams on campaigns and follow-up
• Support regional marketing events, trade shows, and customer outreach initiatives
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and pipeline activity within Salesforce
• Coordinate customer communication, quotes, and sales follow-up activities
• Assist with partner and vendor engagement efforts

Target Background:

• 1–5+ years of outbound sales, SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience
• Technology sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and prospecting abilities
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
• Experience using Salesforce or CRM tools
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented

Preferred Backgrounds:

• VAR / MSP / infrastructure sales exposure
• Cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or AI technology interest
• Experience supporting enterprise sales teams
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound sequencing tools

Notes:

• This role will support the Southern California enterprise sales team and help drive pipeline generation across Structured's infrastructure and managed services practice.
• Strong growth opportunity into Account Executive or enterprise sales roles long term.
