The Liberty Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced property management office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, professional, and eager to contribute to daily operations within the multifamily industry.

Position Overview
Answer and direct phone calls; respond to emails promptly and professionally
Assist with scheduling, office coordination, and general administrative tasks
Support on-site teams, managers, and leasing/maintenance staff with daily needs
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
Provide excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and property staff
Full-time role with immediate start available

Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
