Seeking part time/full time position for customer service representative with high standards for a privately owned-veterinary hospital. Merrill Animal Clinic is a family-oriented, fast-paced, dog and cat only clinic.
The person we are looking for is:
~Flexible to work during all of our business hours: Monday through Saturday. Reliability is important.
~Clean and organized.
~ Veterinary experience is a plus but not required.
~Must be comfortable with computers and phones.
~Will be responsible for opening and closing the clinic, organizing medical records, communicating with pet parents, scheduling appointments, reviewing estimates, financial transactions and more.
~Bilingual is a huge plus - we have a lot of hispanic cliental!
