About the Role

This position is located in Greensboro, North Carolina. Allen Industries is hiring an Talent Acquisition Coordinator to recruit for a wide variety of positions, from skilled trades and manufacturing professionals to corporate and leadership roles. You'll work directly with decision-makers, influence hiring strategies, and play a critical role in building the teams that drive our company's success.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit for everything from skilled trades and manufacturing positions to professional and leadership roles
• Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, onboarding, and orientation activities
• Develop talent pipelines and promote the Allen Industries employment brand
• Create an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience that makes new employees feel welcomed, prepared, and engaged from day one
• Prepare offer packets, onboarding materials, and new hire documentation
• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, employment verification, E-Verify, and I-9 compliance
• Track recruiting metrics and help drive continuous improvement in our hiring processes

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now Recruiting
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with leaders at all levels of the organization
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related experience
