Pay: $25.00–$32.00 per hour
Kelly Services is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support a busy Talent Acquisition team for a leading global manufacturing organization in Greensboro, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR or recruiting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and making a direct impact on the hiring process.
What You'll Do
As the HR Coordinator, you'll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience from requisition through onboarding.
Responsibilities include
- Provide administrative support throughout the recruiting and hiring process
- Partner with recruiters to prioritize hiring needs
- Open, edit, and post approved job requisitions
- Coordinate interviews and arrange candidate travel when needed
- Initiate and track background checks and drug screenings
- Prepare employment offers and new hire documentation
- Support new hire onboarding and first-day orientation
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and reports
- Assist with additional HR and recruiting projects as assigned
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of HR, Recruiting Coordinator, or Talent Acquisition support experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems; SuccessFactors experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
