This position is remote and specifically tailored to support professionals in a school-based setting. You will work closely with educational personnel, families, and caregivers, integrating your therapeutic expertise into children's daily routines. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments of children from birth to age three to identify developmental delays and areas of need.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring a collaborative approach that includes family input and insights.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting care strategies based on outcomes and family feedback to ensure ongoing support and effectiveness.

• Provide direct support to caregivers and family members, offering strategies to enhance their child's developmental journey through an evidence-based, coaching model.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to early intervention services.
\n
• Build strong, therapeutic relationships with children and families, fostering an environment conducive to learning and growth.

• Utilize Natural Learning Environment Practices to implement IFSPs in a manner that respects the child's natural development.
\n
• Stay informed of the latest best practices in child development and early intervention to ensure quality service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will focus primarily on infants and toddlers who are experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. These services are crucial in facilitating optimal growth in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during this formative time in their lives. Your expertise as an LCSW will be invaluable in addressing the unique needs of each child and empowering their families through tailored support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license for transportation to various service sites as necessary.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.

• Proven ability to adapt approaches to accommodate various learning styles and support each child's individualized treatment plan.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management to handle a caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
