Benefits Specialist

Our highly prestigious client is looking for an experienced Account Payable candidate to join their team. Principal Duties and Responsibilities : Counsels university faculty, staff, retirees, beneficiaries and vested terminated employees on various HR and benefit inquiries related to plan eligibility, plan provisions and options, and enrollment and change processes. Responds to inquiries regarding university’s benefits plans requiring an in-depth understanding of benefits policies and procedures. Inquiries may be complex and require additional research. Processes benefit plan enrollments, changes, qualified status changes and cancellations of active employee health, dental, vision, life and FSA benefits. Drives process efficiency across Benefits by creating department process documentation and workflow charts (if applicable) and recommends fixes to processes where applicable. #J-18808-Ljbffr Minuteman Group
