Benefits Administrator

Location: Boston, MA – Hybrid, 3 days onsite Duration: 4–6 months Pay: $30–$33/hour W2 Schedule: 35 hours/week Job Summary Seeking a detail-oriented Associate Benefits Administrator to support benefits administration and provide excellent employee customer service. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who can work independently with minimal training. Responsibilities Support benefit enrollment, qualifying events, payroll deductions, and terminations. Process benefit invoices and conduct routine audits. Manage tuition waiver/remission requests and employee communications. Track benefits for employees on leave. Respond to employee benefits questions and coordinate with vendors. Prepare reports and support benefits events and process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 1–3+ years of HR, Benefits, or related experience preferred. Strong customer service, communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel . HRIS/CRM experience such as Workday or ServiceNow is a plus.
