POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Benefits Administrator will oversee all aspects of employee benefits administration, compliance, vendor management, and employee education. Working closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, and leadership teams, this position plays a key role in ensuring employees receive exceptional benefits support while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. :contentReference[oaicite:1]index=1

Key Responsibilities
• Administer comprehensive employee benefits programs
• Coordinate annual open enrollment activities
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, and related regulations
• Manage relationships with insurance carriers and benefit vendors
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and organizational leadership
• Educate employees regarding benefit plans and available resources
• Resolve employee benefit questions and issues
• Evaluate and improve benefit processes and programs

COMPENSATION
• $80,000-$97,000 annually based on experience

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Hybrid Schedule
• 2-3 Days in Office Weekly
• No Call
• No Weekends

Requirements

• Minimum 5 Years of Benefits Administration Experience REQUIRED
• Strong Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and COBRA Regulations REQUIRED
• Experience Managing Employee Benefits Programs REQUIRED
• Open Enrollment Administration Experience REQUIRED
• Vendor Management Experience REQUIRED
• Excellent Communication and Employee Relations Skills REQUIRED
• Strong Organizational and Compliance Skills REQUIRED
• Experience with Self-Funded Health Plans Preferred
• Experience with HRIS and Benefits Administration Platforms Preferred
