Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and efficiency. Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance and morale. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to uphold quality standards. Manage scheduling and assignments to optimize staff productivity and coverage. Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking team members and guests. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and request replenishments as needed. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within housekeeping operations. Requirements Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective communication. Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably with supervisory responsibilities. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail to ensure high cleanliness standards are consistently met. Good problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed.
