Join us and contribute to this experience. Shift Lead A full‑time Laderach Key Holder (Shift Lead) is a brand champion who is passionate about delivering a wonderful overall in‑store experience. The ideal key holder demonstrates strong leadership traits and seeks to build a career in retail management. What You Can Expect You will deliver outstanding customer experience and a supportive environment for the in‑house team. You will provide training and/or assist Store Associates to ensure production goals are met, including product‑finishing projects. You will lead various in‑store tasks during each shift, exemplifying the store and brand standards. You will ensure the movement on the sales floor flows effectively. You will help ensure product merchandising is done accurately. You will help lead the follow‑through of all food safety protocols. You will target sales objectives and help achieve store compliance and loss‑prevention standards. You will participate in team meetings to discuss goals, progress and improvement topics. You will perform other role‑related duties as assigned by the Store Manager. What We Expect From You You have at least one year of experience in retail sales or a similar fast‑paced, customer‑minded environment, with increasing levels of responsibility. You possess strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively. You are reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs. You are quality‑minded with keen attention to detail. You are passionate about chocolate. Physical Requirements Depending on the length of the shift, employees may need physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast‑paced environment. The position requires the ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes such as restocking or reorganizing displays. Multitasking requires physical agility and the ability to stay organized. Employees may be required to bend, squat, or reach up high to organize or stock products. Some retail positions require maintaining cleanliness in the store, which can involve bending down to clean floors or wiping down displays. Restocking low shelves or accessing high displays may involve frequent bending or stretching. The role requires the ability to lift 15–40 pounds.
