How You Create Impact

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout the shipment lifecycle.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.
• Monitor shipments and provide timely updates, solutions, and support.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, issues, and escalations.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Sales, Pricing, Revenue Care, and Procurement to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Support customer implementations and onboarding activities when assigned.
• Promote customer adoption of digital tools and self-service solutions.
• Identify opportunities to support customer retention, growth, and profitability.

What We Would Like You To Bring

• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, operations, logistics, healthcare, hospitality, restaurant, dispatching, or similar fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, communicate effectively, and deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume setting.
• Monitor shipments and provide timely updates, solutions, and support.Investigate and resolve customer concerns, issues, and escalations.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Sales, Pricing, Revenue Care, and Procurement to ensure customer expectations are met.
