About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Growth and Revenue Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive revenue marketing strategy. This executive will be responsible for driving marketing's contribution to new business growth and expansion revenue, with a focus on integrated demand generation, digital marketing, paid media, account-based marketing, and marketing operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and leading a team that is dedicated to meeting and exceeding pipeline and revenue goals. Essential duties include leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns, partnering with sales and other marketing functions to ensure alignment, and continuously optimizing marketing investments to improve performance. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly in a SaaS or enterprise technology environment, and a strong understanding of modern B2B buying journeys. Applicants for the VP, Growth and Revenue Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on demand generation or revenue marketing. The role requires deep expertise in various marketing disciplines, including paid media, marketing automation, ABM, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, a passion for experimentation, and a strong background in analytics and data-driven decision-making. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
